Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

The FAQs, revised April 14, 2022, contain answers to common questions about the APA Bookshelf. Topics include offline functionality, content updates, internet browser and speed, device use, printing, renewal and cost, multi-user licenses, and customer service.

APA Bookshelf Tutorial

The APA Bookshelf Tutorial, presented on April 13, 2022, is a 60-minute webinar that explains more about the online platform, including how to navigate the e-reader, link to other books and websites, and use the search and advance search features. The webinar can be viewed at any time.
