Format
 

The Webinars will be delivered over the Internet. For each webinar for which you have registered, you will receive an e-mail from Webex.com with instructions and links to download course materials and access the Webinar. An evaluation email will be sent after the Webinar and a completion certificate can be printed.

Recertification Credit Hours
 

Earn 1.5 Recertification Credit Hours (RCHs) or 0.15 Continuing Education Units (CEUs) for each hour of attendance in these educational webinars.

 

Registration/Fees

Fees include all course materials. You will receive e-mail confirmation of your registration after your registration information and payment have been received and processed. If you have not received e-mail confirmation of your registration in three days, please call APA Membership Services at (210) 224-6406, M - F, 8 a.m. - 6 p.m. CT, to confirm your registration. Two days before the program you will receive an e-mail containing the link to the program and a link to the webinar's handout material. If you have not received e-mail one day before the program, please call APA Membership Services at (210) 224-6406, M - F, 8 a.m. - 6 p.m. CT, to confirm your registration.

Transfers/Substitutions

Substitutions must be received within 24 hours of purchase AND prior to product activation. To request a transfer/substitution, please notify APA by fax at (210) 224-6038 or by letter with the following information: original course code; course name; new (transfer) course code if applicable; original registrant's name; new (substitution) registrant's name if applicable; title; company name; full street address; and phone number.

Cancellations
