The Webinars On Demand are delivered over the Internet. The program is downloaded to your computer and it starts playing as the downloading continues in the background. The process requires a high-speed Internet connection and Windows Media Player 9 or better. For each segment for which you have registered, you will receive an e-mail with instructions and links to download course materials, access for one recorded webinar viewing, and a questionnaire for evaluating the Webinar. Once you have completed the evaluation, you can print a completion certificate.

The four segments can be purchased through December 19, 2010. The programs must be viewed by December 31, 2010. |

Recertification Credit Hours |
