Each 90-minute live webinar is converted into a Webinar On Demand after the live presentation has been completed. The Internet streaming consists of the speaker's presentation and a PowerPoint, PDF, or other displays presented during the live webinar.

Some APA Webinars On Demand consist of a single presentation, and others have several segments. For segmented presentations, you can purchase each segment individually or in a segmented bundle at a reduced rate.

You will receive an e-mail with a link to the recorded webinar purchased. Enter the order number provided in the e-mail. The program will begin to play as it continues downloading in the background. The process requires a high-speed internet connection and Windows Media Player 9 or later. Once the link is activated, you have 48 hours to view the program. The e-mail will contain links to the course material associated with the segments purchased.

Within 48 hours of viewing, you will receive an e-mail to evaluate the webinar and to print a completion certificate.

Fees include all materials. You will receive e-mail confirmation of your registration after your registration information and payment have been received and processed. If you have not received e-mail confirmation of your registration in three days, please call APA Membership Services at (210) 224-6406, M - F, 8 a.m. - 6 p.m. CT, to confirm your registration.

Transfers/Substitutions must be received within 24 hours of purchase AND prior to product activation. A $45 administrative fee will be assessed for each transfer/substitution. To request a transfer/substitution, please notify APA by fax at (210) 224-6038 or by letter with the following information: original course code; course name; new (transfer) course code if applicable; original registrant's name; new substitution) registrant's name if applicable; title; company name; full street address; and phone number.

Transfers or substitutions will not be honored if the program license has been activated.

Cancellations must be received in writing prior to program activation for a refund. A check will be mailed to you for refunds. No refunds will be made directly to your credit card account.

Written requests received at least seven business days prior-full refund; four to six business days prior-refund less a $50 service charge; fewer than four business days prior-a credit will be issued less a $100 service charge. Credits are applicable only to future APA educational programs and are valid for one year from the date of issue. Cancellations the day of the program or after the program are nonrefundable and noncredited.
