Payroll Practice Essentials: Virtual Classroom

Delivered through nine convenient, web-based interactive sessions with top instructors, this course provides the payroll knowledge, skills, and abilities required to produce accurate paychecks, ensure payroll compliance, and improve job performance. Payroll Practice Essentials teaches fundamental pay calculations through hands-on exercises and complex pay calculations and concepts.

Course Schedule 

Please note that the Virtual classroom is presented at a specific date and time.

Days: Wednesday and Friday

Time: 3:00 p.m. ET

Duration: 2-hours with no breaks (four and one half weeks)

Number of Class Sessions: Nine

The virtual classroom will use WebEx's Training Center. The course will be presented in segments which cannot be purchased separately.

Who Should Attend

Payroll practitioners in the early stages of their careers, along with accounting, benefits, bookkeeping, HR administrators, and others interfacing with payroll. The course can help prepare you for both the Fundamental Payroll Certification (FPC) and Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) exams.

Format

Payroll Practice Essentials: Virtual Classroom will be conducted over the Internet via WebEx. All participants will engage in class exercises and ask questions via interactive collaboration using WebEx virtual meeting software. Coursework will be collected and reviewed by the course instructor.  You will receive an e-mail from Webex.com with instructions and links to download course materials and access the virtual classroom. An evaluation e-mail will be sent after the virtual class is completed and a certificate can be printed.
Recertification Credit Hours

Earn up to: 16 RCHs or 1.6 CEUs.

CPE credits are not offered.
