The Director of Payroll Services will provide strategic direction, vision, strategy, and team management for CPS Payroll Services. The director ensures effective solutions and communications across all functions, fostering collaborative relationships within the organization, developing and implementing best practices and creating strategies and efficient processes.

Hampshire College, Amherst, MA, Payroll and Benefits Manager

The successful candidate will use and maintain payroll and HRIS systems as well as other software required to manage and streamline the payroll and benefit processing. The manager will ensure compliance with state and federal tax laws and regulations related to payroll and benefits; maintain college policies affecting computation of pay, disclosure of salary information, etc.; maintain all payroll records; and conduct audits for data integrity. Manager will submit quarterly and annual state and federal tax filings, unemployment health insurance, etc., according to scheduled deadlines; prepare, process, insure accuracy, and timely distribution of W-2s and 1042-S forms; coordinate issuance of Forms 1099-HC with health care providers; tax administration; creation and communication of payroll policies/procedures; and administration of annual audits.

PepsiCo, Plano, TX, Payroll Manager

This role is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing for PepsiCo America Foods' 65,000 U.S. associates by partnering with our outsourced payroll vendor and multiple PepsiCo business partners including Compensation, HR, and IT. As we continue to add to the PepsiCo Bottling Group payroll in 2014, our employees paid will grow to over 100,000. The position will be primarily responsible for leveraging these partnerships and their payroll knowledge and experience to ensure payroll tax compliance is maintained and drive continuous improvements.
