PGA TOUR Superstore, Payroll Supervisor, Roswell, GA

This position's primary responsibilities will be to manage the bi-weekly payroll cycle, including but not limited to processing net payroll for salaried and hourly associates, managing expense reports, and analyzing and confirming all payroll-related deductions. PGA TOUR Superstore is operated by Golf & Tennis Pro Shop, Inc., headquartered in Roswell, GA, and is a majority-owned affiliate company of AMB Group, LLC (parent company of the Atlanta Falcons). As the PGA TOUR's exclusive off-course/off-airport retail partner, PGA TOUR Superstore provides customers with access to the same technology and expertise that card-carrying TOUR Pros use each week in the TOUR vans that accompany them. All stores are staffed with teaching professionals and have multiple state-of-the-art swing simulators, practice hitting bays, a putting green, and a chipping area.

San Francisco Ballet, Payroll Coordinator, San Francisco, CA

The ideal candidate for this position will be able to process payroll utilizing an outside payroll service bureau, ensuring that all ballet employees receive their compensation when due and in accordance with law; perform quality reviews of payroll information to ensure the accuracy of statutory withholdings and voluntary deductions; review, process, and remit all required payments to tax authorities, retirement plan providers, unions, and other payees within mandated time frames. Candidate will also ensure compliance with all enacted labor and employment laws that apply to the Ballet's payroll programs; participate in the development, implementation, and documentation of Ballet policies and procedures pertaining to payroll, including compliance with active collective bargaining agreements; identify regulatory changes impacting the Ballet's payroll programs and determines and communicates the impact of such changes, including recommended actions to be taken by the Ballet, to the Controller in a timely manner; and assist with the development of messaging to communicate changes in the Ballet's payroll to the affected employee groups. Candidate must also respond in a timely manner to all requests for payroll information needed for special reporting requirements, including but not limited to grant reporting, annual surveys, collective bargaining agreement negotiations, and insurance policy renewals and audits. Other duties as required or assigned by Controller or CFO.
