The Timekeeping/Payroll Analyst will act as a liaison between U.S. Payroll, Human Resources, and ADP to ensure all payroll needs driven by company policies, payroll procedures, and federal, state, and local labor and tax laws are met in the PeopleSoft HRMS/Payroll system and the ADP Timekeeping system. Candidate will also provide application support/maintenance, as needed, in a production environment by trouble shooting issues, proposing solutions, and implementing/deploying fixes; act as support for end users of the ADP Timekeeping system; develop and maintain reports through ADP Timekeeping and PeopleSoft to meet the needs of HR, finance, and payroll, including validating results and ensuring accuracy; respond to inquiries for data and/or reports both internal and external; research complex payroll and Timekeeping issues; provide resolution to payroll staff, HR, and department leadership; provide analysis, testing, and training as needed to support department initiatives.

The Senior Payroll Specialist will be responsible for the processing of the U.S. payroll. The candidate will also maintain and manage various payroll related procedures and programs such as transit, wage garnishment, monthly reconciliation of payroll accounts, and all partner distributions and bonuses. Additional duties will include administering payroll for all U.S. offices, with full knowledge of all payroll functions; reviewing and importing timesheets to ADP; processing manual checks; processing new-hires, terms, status changes, tax, and direct deposit forms, etc.; researching and resolving all employee inquiries and other payroll requests; processing stop payments with bank and any banking issues; preparing journal entries for payroll and miscellaneous items, as needed; updating banking information into the AP/Expense system; maintaining IPay system and assist with inquiries; downloading month-end payroll files from ADP for JE import to financial system; providing assistance to employees regarding the time-off and timesheet database; completing employee wage verification, workers' compensation, and any miscellaneous paperwork as needed; serving as a back-up for all payroll functions; performing other work-related duties as requested by manager; maintaining, updating, and managing the firm's transit program; assisting employees regarding any transit questions or issues.

As a member of the Corporate Accounting team, the Payroll Manager is responsible for the management and integrity of the global payroll function.
