Teach Teens 'Paychecks 101' in September

A teenager's first paycheck can be quite a shocker when the reality of net pay sinks in. But you can help eliminate some of that surprise by educating teens during MasterCard Money Matters National Education Day on September 9. Payroll professionals across the country will teach teens about their paychecks, the payroll withholding system, and electronic payment methods such as direct deposit and paycards. This year, APA and MasterCard are also offering four educational scholarships, one $5,000 scholarship and three $1,000 scholarships, to randomly selected participants who qualify. MORE>>
