Hotline Referral Service
Available both online and by telephone, the hotline helps members get answers to their payroll questions by connecting them with APA member volunteers specializing in a wide range of payroll topics.
Online Hotline
Use the link to the online form under "Ask A Question" to submit your payroll question via e-mail. An Online Hotline volunteer will respond by e-mail.
Telephone Hotline
Please contact APA membership Services to obtain a referral to a Hotline volunteer.
Volunteer for the Hotline
Use the link to the online form under "Become a Volunteer" to join the Hotline Referral Service. Volunteers may also use this link to add or change catagories and advise of periods of inavailability.
