Final Regulations on Electronic W-2s Follow APA's Lead

-- Nearly all our requests were incorporated into the final rules


When the Internal Revenue Service issued temporary regulations to allow employers to electronically deliver Forms W-2 to their employees, they asked for comments. The temporary regulations have been replaced by final regulations, and nearly every comment submitted by APA has been integrated into the new rules.
