APA Applies to IRS Industry Issue Resolution Program Regulations surrounding Forms W-4 need improvement
APA suggested to IRS that the rules for collecting, processing, and submitting Forms W-4 need a great deal of improvement. Specifically, APA said it would like to work with IRS to "... address uncertainties and gaps in the current Form W-4 rules that create burdens and inefficiencies for both employers and the Service ..." and that "affect virtually every small and large employer in all industry lines."
