Due to popular demand, a selection of APA's courses and workshops are being offered for viewing over the Internet, via a Webinar delivery format. This convenient format will allow you to receive essential payroll compliance training information without leaving your office.
Format
Live Webinars: Each 90 minute live webinar is streamed to the user at a specific time using WebEx's technology. The streaming consists of the speaker's presentation and a PowerPoint, PDF, or other displays from the presenter's computer. During the live webinar, users will be able to ask the speaker questions by typing their question into the WebEx screen on your computer.
Webinars On Demand: Live webinars are converted into Webinars On Demand after the live presentation has been completed.
Some APA Webinars consist of a single presentation and others have several segments. For segmented presentations you can purchase each segment individually or purchase all together. By viewing all the segments for a given course, you will experience the same content and earn the same number of RCHs and CEUs as you would when attending the live course.

Registration/Fees
The registration fees include all webinar materials. You will receive e-mail confirmation of your registration after your registration information and payment have been received and processed. If you have not received e-mail confirmation of your registration in three days, please call APA Membership Services at (210) 224-6406, M - F, 8 a.m. - 6 p.m. CT, to confirm your registration. Two days before the program you will receive an e-mail containing the link to the program and a link to the webinar's handout material. If you have not received e-mail one day before the program, please call APA Membership Services at (210) 224-6406, M - F, 8 a.m. - 6 p.m. CT, to confirm your registration.
Transfers/Substitutions
Substitutions must be received within 24 hours of purchase AND, for the On Demand webinars, prior to product activation. A $35 administrative fee will be assessed for each transfer/substitution. To request a transfer/substitution, please notify APA by fax at (210) 224-6038 or by letter with the following information: original course code; course name; new (transfer) course code if applicable; original registrant's name; new (substitution) registrant's name if applicable; title; company name; full street address; and phone number.
Cancellations
Cancellations must be received within 24 hours of purchase AND, for the On Demand webinars, prior to product activation.
