    Format

    The webcasts are delivered over the Internet. The program is downloaded to your computer and it starts playing as the downloading continues in the background. The process requires a high-speed Internet connection and Windows Media Player 8 or later. For each segment for which you have registered, you will receive an e-mail with links and instructions on how to download course materials, access for one Webcast viewing, and a questionnaire for evaluating the Webcast. Once you have completed and returned the evaluation to APA, you will receive a completion certificate.


    Webcast Availability
    The three segments are available to view at any time from January 10, 2008 through August 31, 2008. The programs are available for purchase until August 22, 2008 and must be viewed by August 31, 2008.

    Recertification Credit Hours
    If you purchase and view all three segments, you will earn a total of 6 RCHs or 0.6 CEUs (2 RCHs or 0.2 CEUs for each individual segment).

    Registration/Fees
    Registration/FeesFees include all meeting materials. You will receive e-mail confirmation of your registration following receipt and processing of your registration information and payment. If you have not received e-mail confirmation of your registration in three days, please call APA Membership Services at (210) 224-6406, M - F, 8 a.m. - 6 p.m. CT, to confirm your registration.

    Transfers/Substitutions
    Substitutions must be received within 24 hours of purchase AND prior to product activation. A $35 administrative fee will be assessed for each transfer/substitution. To request a transfer/substitution, please notify APA by fax at (210) 224-6038 or by letter with the following information: original course code; course name; new (transfer) course code if applicable; original registrant's name; new (substitution) registrant's name if applicable; title; company name; full street address; and phone number.

    Cancellations
    Cancellations must be received within 24 hours of purchase AND prior to product activation.
