Is That Worker an Employee or an Independent Contractor?
Webinar 3: August 14 or 15

So, he decides he will just bring these workers on board and call them independent contractors and everything will be okay. Can he do that? What difference does it make whether we call someone an employee or an independent contractor? What's going to happen if they aren't really independent contractors?

In this session, we will look at why correct classification is important, how we can determine the correct status, and what penalties we face if we don't make the correct determination.
