Congress Registration is located in the Convention Center Entrance. Please be prepared to show one form of government issued photo identification to receive your Congress name badge.
You will not be able to attend any Congress events without your name badge.

Tuesday, May 16 7:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
Wednesday, May 17 7:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
Thursday, May 18 7:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
Friday, May 19 7:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.

Guest Tickets

Guest tickets for the Payrollpalooza Party on May 18 may be pre-purchased with an attendee's registration, or may be purchased at the onsite registration booth by 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, May 17.

Congress Handouts

You will receive an email with a link to preview all handouts prior to attending Congress. If you wish, you may print handouts for your workshops to take with you to Congress. Printers will not be provided on site to print handouts.

Congress Badges and Workshop Evaluations

A radio frequency identification (RFID) chip embedded in your badge will automatically track each workshop and General Session you attend. Each evening you'll receive an email with a link to evaluate the workshops you attended that day.

Earn up to 26.5 CPE Credits
CPAs can earn up to 26.5 CPE credits for attending each Pre-Congress session, applicable General Sessions, and workshop sessions.

Recertification Credit Hours
FPC and CPP designation holders can earn up to 26.5 RCHs for attending this conference, and up to an additional 15 RCHs for attending Virtual Congress. Virtual Congress is free to APA members and is included with your Congress registration.

To track your Congress RCHs, you must use the online Workshop Selection Process as described in the Congress Credits Guide.

Guest/Spouse Program

The APA will host a Guest/Spouse Information Meeting on Tuesday, May 16 at 4:00 p.m. Information on local activities and attractions will be presented to help your guest or spouse make the most of their stay in Orlando.
