As Pre-Congress Master of Ceremonies, Patricia Fripp, CSP, CPAE, will introduce you to a host of inspiring presenters. This year, she and her brother Robert present "We Can Be Heroes for More Than One Day." Robert Fripp is the founder of the music group King Crimson, and a frequent collaborator with David Bowie, Peter Gabriel, and Brian Eno. Rolling Stone magazine named him the 42nd best guitarist of all time.

 

"Taking the Next Step: Leveraging the Natural Synergies of Payroll and HR"

Payroll and HR departments are often treated as two separate entities, yet they have a lot in common. For one, they have the same client -- the company's employees. As ADP's HR leader overseeing more than 46,000 associates in 45 countries, Benito Cachinero, Corporate Vice President, will offer his perspective on payroll and HR best practices. He will also discuss how integration of these functions can help organizations experience enterprise-wide efficiencies, such as data consistency and reporting, which ultimately benefit you, your company, and your employees.

Mary Sue Koontz-Nelson has traveled the world and brought the world to the HK. Through "Living and Loving It!" she shares how she embraces life through triumph and tragedy.
