The Certification Board is comprised of 14 members, of which 7 members serve on the CPP Committee and 7 members serve on the FPC Committee. Each committee is responsible for the review, edit and development of questions for each respective payroll Exam. They are responsible for the format, design and security issues regarding the exam. Committee members are appointed by the President-Elect and must be APA members in good standing, as well as hold a current APA payroll certification. Committee members are required to make a two-year commitment and meet specific criteria as outlined in the Certification Board Application.
