CPP Recertification


 

To recertify through continuing education for the Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) designation, an individual must accumulate a minimum of 120 qualifying recertification credit hours (RCHs) over the five-year recertification period. Upon verification of RCHs by the American Payroll Association (APA), a new certificate is issued certifying the individual for another five-year period.

FPC Recertification

To recertify through continuing education for the Fundamental Payroll Certification (FPC) designation, an individual must accumulate a minimum of 60 qualifying recertification credit hours (RCHs) over the three-year recertification period. Upon verification of RCHs by the American Payroll Association (APA), a new certificate is issued certifying the individual for another three-year period.
