Class Schedule

The courses are scheduled from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on the Monday with registration beginning at 8:30 a.m.. There are two fifteen minute refreshment breaks each day; one mid-morning (10:30 a.m. to 10:45 a.m.) and the other mid-afternoon (2:30 p.m. to 2:45 p.m.). The schedule on Tuesday through Thursday is from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Lunch is from 12 noon to 12:30 p.m. each day. Friday's schedule is from 8:30 a.m. to 12:00 noon. With the exception of Payroll 280: Payroll System Selection and Implementation course that ends at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday.

The Payroll Learning Center's Complaint Policy

The Payroll Learning Center has a certificate of approval from the Texas Workforce Commission's Career Schools and Colleges to operate a career school in Texas. The Texas Workforce Commission's Career Schools and Colleges has assigned The Payroll Learning Center number S0698.

Students dissatisfied with The Payroll Learning Center's response to their complaint may file a formal complaint with the Texas Workforce Commission's Career Schools and Colleges.

Taking Payroll 101 or 201 at either of APA's Learning Centers in San Antonio and Las Vegas, avails the student of the opportunity to take the certification exam, FPC in 101 or CPP in 201, on Friday afternoon. (Advance registration for testing is required; course registration does not include exam registration fee.)
